Guillaume Rémy 
Guillaume Rémy member of the Paris Bar since 2005 and founding partner of Naxos Avocats.
Teaching
Guillaume Rémy graduated from the Universities of Rennes (DJCE-Master in Business law), Montpellier (Certificate of Corporate Law) and Bristol (LL.M. in Commercial Law).
After starting his career at Ashurst LLP, King & Wood Mallesons/SJ Berwin and Granrut as an advisor to banks in LBO transactions, he worked for several years at SJ Berwin as an advisor to investment funds in their acquisitions (LBO, venture capital), disposals and restructurings. He then continued his career at Hérald (ex-Granrut), where he helped develop the private equity practice, before co-founding Vignat Rémy Associés in 2013 and joining Velvet Avocats as a partner in 2016. He founded Naxos Avocats in 2021.
Sectors of intervention
Guillaume Rémy works in French and English with clients in a variety of sectors (Internet, environment, biotechnology, cosmetics, gaming, etc.), with a strong focus on socially responsible activities.
Teaching
Guillaume Rémy is a lecturer at the University of Law in Rennes, where he teaches “Equity operations” within the Master 2 Business Lawyer – DJCE.

Laura Godefroy was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2020. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law (2017) from the University of Paris Saclay.

Kiona Hurtret was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2024. She holds a Master’s degree in Business, Tax and Financial Market Law (2019) from the University of Paris Saclay, and a LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London (2020).
She assists Guillaume Rémy on all the firm’s cases.
